As a licensed LLMSW or LMSW in Michigan, you will provide virtual psychotherapy services to clients seeking support for various mental health concerns. You will have the opportunity to work independently, with the assurance of regular supervision if needed and weekly case consultations. Our team is collaborative, ensuring you have the resources and guidance needed to excel in your role.

• Master's degree in Social Work (LMSW or LLMSW) from an accredited institution. • Active and unrestricted state licensure as a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) or Limited Licensed Master Social Worker (LLMSW). • Previous experience in providing outpatient therapy services is preferred. • Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to establish rapport with clients effectively. • Proficiency in utilizing virtual therapy platforms and technology. • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and adhering to ethical guidelines in therapy practice. • Ability to work independently and manage a caseload effectively.

The compensation for the Clinical Outpatient Therapist position will be structured as a 1099 contractor arrangement. For LMSW/LLMSW the fee split will be set at 60/40, where the therapist will receive 60% of the session fee, and the remaining 40% will be retained by Orchard Lake Psychology. As therapists build their caseload and see over 20 patients weekly, the fee split will increase to 65/35, providing therapists with over 20 patients with 65% of the session fee.
