Hello, I’m Alicia. I am really glad you’re here. I believe it’s only fair that if I’m getting to know you and your story, you get to know a bit about me too.
I care deeply about making even the smallest positive difference in someone’s life. I strive to be authentic, real, understanding, and I show up with compassion and vicarious emotion.
My goal is to help you process your emotions, cope with what’s happening, reconnect with your strengths, and find a sense of normalcy and purpose again.
In general I am lighthearted, like to laugh, I often look for the positives in difficult situations and want to make others feel comfortable being who they are.
